Metatissue Showcases Innovation and Celebrates Community Engagement at EUSAAT 2024

Last month, Metatissue proudly attended EUSAAT 2024, an event filled with enriching exchanges, innovative ideas, and dedicated discussions on advancements in biotechnology and ethical research.

The congress’s first day was marked by an inspiring atmosphere that encouraged knowledge sharing and collaboration. We extend our thanks to all speakers and participants whose contributions added immense value to the event.

A special highlight of Metatissue’s participation was the presentation by Dr. Sara Santos, who delivered a compelling talk titled “Advanced Allogeneic Porous Scaffolds for Cell Culture and Personalised Xeno-Free Tissue Engineering.” Her presentation, held on the first day, explored the future potential of xeno-free science, underscoring the ethical strides and pioneering work being done in this field. We thank Dr. Santos for her contribution and commitment to advancing ethical standards in biotechnology.

Additionally, Metatissue is pleased to announce that Levent Goschler won our raffle for a cruelty-free LEGO set, symbolizing our commitment to promoting responsible, ethical solutions. Congratulations to Levent, and we hope he enjoys this prize as a small token of our appreciation for the EUSAAT community’s ongoing support.
